At the beginning of the video, Ogie was seen pretty excited with what he was about to do. Truly, the newlyweds and the guests alike were astounded to see him after he amicably greeted them on his mic. He was, in fact, jesting that he just wanted to sing the wedding because he was bored.
When he reached the platform, he initially acted as an emcee and interviewed the married couple who were both still completely awestruck by his presence. A few minutes later, he sang “Ikaw Ang Tanging Pag-ibig Ko,” one of the songs from his latest album. Then, the video transitioned into a recorded track while the couple’s wedding video ran.
Ian, in a report by Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), explained:
“I made Ogie Alcasid gatecrash the wedding that our team was shooting last night at Silang, Cavite. We agreed that he’ll sing one of his singles from his latest album which is the song that I’ll be using for the same day edit video as well. So watch and enjoy our little surprise last night for Ryan and Noureen!”
“And of course, not to forget my gratitude and heartfelt thanks to Sir Ogie Alcasid for the incomparable happiness you have given not only to our couple, but also to everyone present in last night’s celebration of love!”
