In a recent episode of “Raffy Tulfo in Action,” a heartbreaking encounter between a father and his child was featured on-air when James Sr. disowned his eldest son, James Jr.
The episode dealt with the custody of a 5-year-old child whose mother, Kristaline Grace Adriano, complained that her husband, James Paul Adriano Sr., was preventing her from taking custody of the child.
The husband insisted that he will not allow his youngest child to be put under his wife’s custody, claiming that she does not have the capability to fulfill her responsibilities as a mother because she is physically and mentally ill.
Raffy got one of Kristaline’s relatives, Alex Yambot, on the line and asked him if the allegations about her mental state were true. He categorically denied these allegations.

Kristaline challenged her husband’s claims by stating that she is clearly able to take of a child, using her eldest son as proof. The outspoken host agreed with the mother and said that the boy looks physically fine and seems to be in good shape.

Unfortunately, things took a painful turn when James Sr. claimed that James Jr. was not his own flesh and blood. This heart-wrenching statement made the young boy tear up.

Krystaline immediately challenged her husband to prove his allegations by undergoing a DNA test. Raffy Tulfo even said he would pay for it. The errant father agreed but later rescinded.

Eventually, the family was brought back together. James Jr, after personally meeting his father, asked him:
“Pa, mahal na mahal kita. Bakit niyo po nasabing di niyo ako anak?”
The errant father replied with:
“Maiintindihan mo rin kung ano yung nangyayari so may mga bagay na nabigla ka ng ano ng pagkakaalam pero honestly, kung ano yung nasabi ko, yun yun.”
