In the Philippine showbiz industry theres an iconic love teams,Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion love team was considered to be of the most.
In fact, they were not only a love team. They also became an actual couple. Now, their daughter, KC Concepcion, is also an actress like her parents.
Last sunday in "Rated K" Sharon Cuneta became emotional while sharing to Korina Sanchez, the show’s host, how her relationship with Gabby went.
According to her, they had some issues before which resulted to them breaking up.
“He met someone else, and he chose her but that’s okay, I mean that was a long time ago,” she opened.
With tears, she added:
“I’ve always felt I was never enough, for any man. Since my first husband.”
She also shared that she had issues about how people saw her as a celebrity.
“They call you ‘Mega’, people think you have everything.”
She confessed that she learned to hide her real situation to the public.
“I know lang how to channel out my energies, and every time I would come out of T.V I had the license to be happy.”
“Alam mo kung puro puso noon, isip at puso naman, ‘wag puro puso.”
When asked as to whether she still have connections with her ex-husband,“We have very little contact, and it would end up on fight.” she said while laughing.
“Ayokong magkwento ng sobrang detalyado na mapapasama siya kasi tatay siya ng anak ko.”
Sharon confessed that Gabby was her first love, that’s why how their relationship ended up was a struggle for her.
“First true love mo tapos nawala. So feeling ko, si Snow White nadapa,” she said.
Looking on the pictures on the wall, Sharon said that she feels happy now.
“I could be friends with the father of my daughter, that’s how I felt. That’s a very special moment.”
As for the requests for another Sharon-Gabby movie, Sharon said that it all depends to Gabby and Star Cinema.
